About the Role : In this opportunity as a Risk Manager, you will: Lead and collaborate on SM internal initiatives as a risk subject matter expert to improve efficiency and analytical capabilitiesProactively improve control processes to increase team effectiveness and performance while managing operational risksDetermine, monitor and review risk and opportunities from identification through closureWork closely with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Team to formulate and recommend corrective action, intervention and problem solving to senior managers, project managers and SMEsAnalysis of potential effects of risks and opportunities to cost, schedule and technical performanceServe as a consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to risk compliance, its policies, plans and objectivesAbout You: You are a fit for the role of Risk Manager, if you have:Minimum of 4 years of experience in Risk Management/ Compliance or other Technology/ Service Management related fieldExperience performing or directly supporting risk assessments (internal and external), threat and vulnerability assessmentsWorking knowledge of operating systems, business applications, security protocols, etcEntrepreneurial approach, innovative, passionate, self-starterProven track success in working with Technology partners (Service Management teams, IT, Enterprise, Business architects, Program managers, etc.) Excellent communication and documentation skillsGood knowledge of Technology compliance principles and risk management frameworksExperience working with virtual/global teams, effectively adapting to local operating models and culture.Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within the company across all functions with a team-oriented styleWhat’s in it for you?
