Job Description :The Supply Chain Finance Global Financial Systems Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing and optimizing financial systems in line with the Global Standard process, focusing on driving the global standard template within the organization. The role will be working closely with RTR/SCF GPO and Digital Technology delivery partners This position involves leading a team of regional functional experts, ensuring the effective utilization of SAP system for Product Costing, Fixed Assets and Inventory sub-processes. The Global Lead will play a pivotal role in standardizing and enhancing system financial processes across various regions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives.Provide coaching and mentoring for FE’s, across multiple geographies, continuing to expand role and responsibilities to align with requirements of the business and units supported and assist them in further developing and sustaining the Key User community. Managing and delivering continuous improvements, deploying new functionality, global team management, and deployment of MGS Finance global technical enablers.Planning and coordination of system testing and configuration for new units/entities, delivering communications within and across multiple business segments/units/MGSF.The role will closely work with entire Business Improvement Group (GPO, Automation and Continuous Improvement Teams) to enable effective finance operations.What will be your key responsibilities? Lead and inspire a global team of functional experts, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to regional teams, ensuring consistency in SAP implementations.Support SCF FEs in troubleshooting of complex techno-functional issues.Initiate regional and global continuous improvements within the scope of assigned functional areas which can benefit the service centers.Partner globally with Stakeholders to understand current and future technical needs.Support Business Units/Factories in scope expansion through systems support.What can you expect from Mars?
