GSC Business Manager – M/F/D Permanent contract|Warsaw|Innovation / Project / Organization GSC Business Manager – M/F/D Warsaw, Poland Permanent contract Innovation / Project / Organization Responsibilities Mission: Société Générale Global Solution Center Poland is a new, growing area of the Société Générale Warsaw Branch. Currently we're seeking an individual to serve as the right-hand person to the Head of GSC Poland and collaborate closely with Branch Chief Operating Office (COO). We're in search of a candidate with robust experience in nearshoring and operations within the business service sector. The ideal candidate possesses extensive industry experience, preferably in roles involving the development of new nearshoring businesses, transformative projects, and day-to-day operational responsibilities.Tasks and responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head of SG GSC and Branch COO in shaping the organizational vision and operations strategy of GSC Poland Assist in translating strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning Support effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention Oversee GSC Poland area operations and processes, fostering an inclusive culture that enables team members to thrive and ensures organizational goals are met Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary Profile required Studies & experience: At least 10 years of experience in the business service delivery industry, preferably in Poland Strong grasp of data analysis and performance metrics Language skills: Excellent command of English Advanced in Polish Technical, operational & Soft skills: Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues, preferably in the financial sector Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues Ability to communicate convincingly at all levels with the key decision makers in the relevant business lines and elsewhere within the investment bank Ability to manage multiple and varied subjects Ability to work autonomously and be responsible for following matters through to completion Have a strong risk culture and reliable professional conduct Team player with good coordination skills Why join us Société Générale Poland is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path.
