Req ID Warsaw, Poland Main responsibilities: Take stake and responsibility for the Business plan of the sub region. Develop and maintain channel funnel & collaborate & align with the BL sales managers, global eCom teams & Category Managers on regular basis Identify and monitor technology trends and changes in the automotive aftermarket and translate into business opportunities across eCommerce sales channels. Act in a cross-functional role supporting different tasks within sales, customer service and product. Attract, develop, and retain ecommerce business by building and maintaining strong customer relationships all over Europe. Use available resources to conduct product gap analysis to support the traditional sales based on online sales trends Required skills & competencies: KAM experience in the aftermarket/E-Commerce verticals Passionate for & extensive expertise in digital technology, business models and the mobility industry Ability to motivate cross-functional colleagues towards a common outcome. Entrepreneurial attitude Strong knowledge of customer structures and expert on E-Business Understanding of eCommerce dynamics in EU​ Commercial background and solid product understanding​ Strong networking and coordination/cooperation skills​ Deep understanding of automotive business, market trends, innovation
