For our Client (Leading Global Investment Banking, Securities and Investment Management Firm) we are actively looking for Controller. Your responsibilities Develop and implement innovative regulatory reporting software to support various global regulatory requirements, essential for meeting external regulatory obligations Tackle complex big data challenges, ensuring data accuracy while handling millions of rows daily Discover optimal methods for aggregating and presenting data to users, transitioning into a data scientist role Utilize Java, Spring, Spark, and Scala technologies to create efficient data processing services within a data lake environment Foster relationships with end users to grasp business needs and propose enhancements to existing tools and procedures Attain a deep understanding of financial instruments across diverse asset classes, spanning from high-volume FX trades to intricate Commodities, Credit, Equities, and Interest Rate derivatives.
