The role will ensure technology systems are designed and developed to automate risk processes. The leader will have close interactions with business stakeholders and our legal team on contract provisions and adherence to policies.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the day-to-day management of the Procurement Global Risk Governance Process and Systems Defines and executes a three line of defense (3LOD) strategy; responsible for overall domain strategyDefines program KPI’s and KRI’s and ensures team performanceManages a matrix team of Risk Domain Owners (RDO) across EquinixResponsible for overall process and controls design within our TPRM Supplier System of Record (SoR), Equinix’s “Know Your Supplier” programEnsures high quality team outcomes when reviewed & challenged by Second Line of Defense (SLOD) and Third Line of Defense (TLOD)Key interface with SLOD Risk Domain Owners (RDO’s), Procurement and BU Management and Third PartiesServes as the Risk Domain Owner (Security, Env Health and Safety, Anti Bribery and Corruption) for supplier Commercial Risk (Financial, Reputational, Legal, Regulatory)Drives process and controls efforts, against company policies, for First Line of Defense (FLOD) and Second Line of Defense (SLOD) TPRM specificInvestigates and acts on the deactivation of a supplier for risk related purposesServe as escalation point for incidents and other significant issues involving Third Parties under managementPresents to relevant Risk/Sr. Management Committees as neededChairs the Know Your Supplier Executive Steering CommitteeDrives the TPRM management process across Equinix, ensures timely and accurate updating of Procurement Risk Registers across all risk domains and TPRM management process across EquinixMaintains current working knowledge of Regulatory GuidanceEnsures employees maintain required training requirementsQualifications10+ years Third Party Risk Management experience.Bachelor's degree in business, risk management or related fieldAnalytical mindset, able to manage risks both at the micro and macro levelsAbility to identify issues and work them to closure, including remediation and escalation where appropriateStrong communication skills and ability to create effective executive presentationsDiscretion and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive issuesOrganizational skill and ability to prioritizeBuild and maintain relationships at director and above levelsExtensive program management experience within process driven environmentsExperience working across a diverse set of stakeholders with positive resultsProven years Third Party Risk Management experienceExperience managing complex and dynamic Third-Party relationshipsThird Party Risk Management Certification (CTPRP, CTPRA or similar)Experience with Security Incident ManagementProcurement experienceManaging complex relationshipsProven years project management or Lean Six Sigma White/Green/BlackbeltExperience with MS Office, Prevalent and TeamsEquinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
