Mellon Polland  seeks to hire a  Business Development Manager The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company’s software and hardware solutions. The salesperson will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating sales leads and building customer relationships. Job Description Maintain and expand the company’s clientele Generate sales leads and grow existing customer relationships Build trusted ongoing relationships with existing and prospective clients Prepare/customize sales propositions Make necessary follow up to open opportunities Prepare sales reports and maintain account records Perform insightful market and competitive research Stay abreast of market trends Identify/anticipate customer business needs and goals, and propose solutions to meet their needs Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Networks/Mathematics or related discipline At least 3-5 years of experience preferably within a Hi-Tech sector company Knowledge about Banking sector and related areas Ability to analyze business opportunities and understand how our customers successfully utilize our solutions Drive for results Excellent communication skills Strong influencing and presentation skills Fluent in both written and spoken English Benefits Opportunities to evolve into an international working environment Multicultural and excellent working environment Leading-edge technology Training and development opportunities
