SummaryThe IT company Andersen invites an experienced Project Coordinator to work on a large-scale project for one of our Saudi Arabia customers.The customer is a fintech leader that offers a buy now, pay later service for online and offline shoppers in the Middle East. The company partners with hundreds of global brands and small businesses including Adidas, IKEA, SHEIN and Marks & Spencer. The company is backed by leading investors, such as Global Founders Capital, Arbor Ventures, and Mubadala Capital.The project is the migration of complex logic from one platform to another, adaptation and transfer of configuration files, in parallel improving the platform itself for them.ResponsibilitiesControlling of the project in its areas of responsibility.Keeping project demands up to date.Monitoring and updating the information in 1C.Creating queries in the ticketing system to prepare candidates.Introducing, managing, preparing candidates prior to interview.Organizing and controlling the quality of onboarding for the project (statistics of preparations, interview success coaching).Scheduling 1-2-1 with employees and planning team member vacations.Compiling feedback on each team member once a month/quarter.Finding new opportunities to grow the account, updating and supporting Miro.Monitoring project risks and generating Risk of leaving reports.Compiling monthly reports of time worked by the team and synchronizing them with 1C for billing purposes.Monitoring the tracking of working time and filling in the project's information.Consulting support for developers on emerging issues.Performing the tasks set by the DM.Supporting, updating information in Jira/Confluence of the project.RequirementsExperience in the role of Project/Talent/Resources Coordinator for 1+ years.Understanding of customer interaction models.Basic understanding of technical aspects and budgeting.Experience in Excel.System thinking, ability to find a common language with colleagues and partners, as well as with the customer.Ability to work in multitasking mode, stress resistance.Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.Desired skillsExperience in owning a business.Experience in the FinTech industry.Reasons to join usExperience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others.
