There is 10 DAO Products which are established and you as Business Analyst will be assigned to one of the Agile team. The Product Owner is the Agile team member primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with stakeholder needs. This role serves as the ‘voice of the customer’ and manages the product development process. They gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinates sprints. They work closely with cross-functional teams, identify user needs, and ensure the product meets customer needs What you’ll do Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog. Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are understood by relevant teams. Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, features, and themes to ensure work aligns with the product strategy. Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals. Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions. Who you are At least 5 years of experience in product owner role on complex projects across countries or regions. Demonstrable and practical experience in product management in Jira. Demonstrable experience of working in a Business Architecture related project. Significant experience in Aris (Software AG). Experience in Process Modelling, Aris Process Governance, Process Mining and dashboarding capabilities. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
