Hard FM Services Commercial Manager

We are currently searching for a Hard FM Services Commercial Manager to join our team in Wrocław.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hard FM Services Commercial Manager to join JLL in a specific client account. The role will manage commercial and contractual relationships with our hard FM services supply partners across EMEA, and manage procurement, cost estimation and supplier relationship development for IFM services for a large new factory in Wroclaw. This role would suit someone with a background in hard FM services cost estimation, QS and / or site operations who has worked for a large FM engineering firm. It would be ideal if the candidate gained this experience in a life sciences or semiconductor manufacturing environment.Key objectives:Lead commercial and contractual relationships with our hard FM services supply partners.Manage procurement, cost estimation and supplier relationship development for IFM services for a large new factory in Wroclaw.Analyse supplier cost / resource data and market benchmarks to identify savings opportunitiesManage implementation of savings ideas with the client team, JLL’s site operations team and our hard FM services suppliersDevelop RFP opportunity assessments and bid documentation. Manage RFIs & RFPs and lead supplier cost / pricing / labour model analysis and negotiations.Key requirements:Essential – 8 – 10 years’ experience in hard FM services procurement, QS, cost estimation or site operations.Preferred – experience of hard FM services cost estimation / QS / pricing / labour productivity modelling in a life sciences or semiconductor manufacturing environment.Essential – fluent English language skills.What we offer: Competitive benefits package (incl.
