  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company and evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning (i.e., growth, markets, strategies, and investments).
  • Close cooperation with other departments: Asset and Property Management, Acquisition and Development teams, support to Investors and Supervisory board in the strategic decision process.
  • Lead strategy and execution across all financial functions including accounting, finance, treasury, tax and strategic planning,
  • Partner with CEO and Investment/Operations regards new investment ideas.
  • Taking ownership of the financing, deal structuring, negotiations with banks and term sheet preparation, agreement negotiations and loans release process.
  • Treasury operations (hedging and cash flow) for existing projects and planned acquisitions, managing all banking matters at the country level, creation & implementation of foreign exchange and interest rates hedging strategy.
  • Verification & negotiation of key agreements with clients and suppliers (including leases, insurance, utilities, professional services and others).
  • Active participation in acquisition processes: due diligence, investment appraisals.
  • Responsibility for accounting, tax compliance, reporting, forecasting & budgeting, including tax planning processes, cash flow management and debt collection for Polish entities.
  • Working of optimalisations: Tax, cost and structure,
  • Delivering improvements to business processes, working on Power BI and reporting systems.
  • Car fleet management (new deal negotiations and full cooperation with leasing provider),
  • Managing the Finance & Accounting Department,
Real Estate, Development and Management|Startegy. new investments, financing, business growing
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years of managerial experience om similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA and MBA preferred, CIMA/ACCA will be an asset.
  • Proven track record as CFO/FD/Head of Finance working with a successful private equity or real estate development firm with a broad base of multiple asset classes, industrial, office, and retail.
  • Proven track record in fundraising through bank loans, bonds and other financial instruments, strong network in banking/ capital market,
  • Demonstrated talent for developing and successfully achieving strategic plan for dynamic growth,
  • Highly developed negotiation skills, proven tack record in structuring complex investment cases,
  • Solid knowledge of taxes and statutory reporting under both Polish GAAP and IFRS.
  • Ability to produce business budget and strategic plans to present to the Board.
  • Ability to provide clear leadership and motivate people.
  • Understands key business drivers and proactively seeks out opportunities and recommends solutions that can be effectively supported.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
