Overview Position: Demand Generation Lead Seniority: Senior Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing Compensation: PLN 18k net (B2B contract) or PLN 15k gross (UoP contract) Ideal candidate: worked for ca. 5 years as a PPC specialist, has already some broader experience (e.g. as marketing manager or demand gen specialist, or tried also SEO/marketing ops? ) and clearly wants to go beyond PPC. Dive into a role where you’ll lead the strategy and handle the action, making your results do the talking! Who You Are: Originating from Performance Marketing, both operationally and strategically. B2B Marketer. Possesses over 5 years of B2B marketing experience. A natural analyst. Proficient in creating reports with Looker and using spreadsheets as a primary tool. T-shaped marketer capable of developing optimized landing pages using tools like Webflow, from copywriting and design requirements to A/B testing plans. Hands-on. Skilled copywriter who prefers direct involvement in copy creation for landing pages and ads, avoiding unnecessary delegation. Self-reliant and proactive in resource management, willing to take charge or learn new skills if necessary, or find budget space for outsourcing. Effective project manager with strong communication and documentation skills. Experienced in lead-gen campaign ideation, adjusting channels, assets, and formats, and coordinating the work of designers, content creators, and web developers. Understands demand generation beyond PPC and budgets, with knowledge of B2B SaaS customer journeys (SLG and PLG). Innovative thinker, ready to explore non-traditional demand gen strategies, such as radio campaigns in non-internet prevalent ICPs, even internationally. Must-have: Experience in global (English-speaking) markets. Fluent in Polish and English. Responsibilities: Lead and execute lead-gen campaigns (mainly gated content), from ideation through execution, optimization, nurturing, and re-marketing. Manage PPC channels. KPIs: Number of leads from lead-gen campaigns and their quality = conversion to MQLs. Number of MQLs from PPC and their quality = conversion rate to SQLs. Target a 35%+ YoY growth (current baseline is 25% YoY). Resources Available: Outsourced resources include a PPC Agency, and a Web Analyst.  Budgets for media, tools, and operational support through freelancers/agencies. Monthly media budget of around 50k (Note: We are a scale-up employing 35 people, not a large corporation with extensive budgets ;) ). Initially, there will be no dedicated team for this role this year. We prefer to stay a small, flat organization.  Marketing team members include a designer (@Anna), Content Specialist (@Zuza), marketing ops specialist (@Maciek), Product Marketing Lead, and Full Stack Web Developer.
