Type of agreement: B2B contract Type of work: hybrid/remote/office   An exciting opportunity for a talented and skilled Account Executive to join our squad! The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, results-oriented, and eager to learn and achieve great results. If you're highly motivated to engage with leads and new companies, enjoy building relationships and crafting compelling proposals, thrive on attention to detail, and excel at closing deals by delivering value to projects, then we encourage you to apply!   Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a software house, or at least 5 years of B2B sales in other industries Good understanding of the sales lifecycle Previous experience covering the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and further account management Prior work experience in international markets such as Nordics, Western Europe, and North America Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Ability to work with both inbound and outbound leads, including generating your own deals Experience collaborating with pre-sales teams, creating proposals, and presenting them to clients Strong soft skills, adept at communicating with diverse stakeholders and finding common ground Curiosity, creativity, adaptability, and a self-starter approach Commitment to continuous learning and improvement Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals Willingness to go the extra mile Ability to work effectively as a team player Fluent spoken and written English (C1-C2) Min. intermediate spoken and written  Polish Good to have: Domain knowledge of a business industry or industries (travel, healthcare, wellness, retail, eCommerce, logistics, banking, insurance, etc.)   Responsibilities: Engaging with inbound and outbound leads Verifying and qualifying leads through email, LinkedIn, and online meetings Preparing pitch decks and crafting proposals Negotiating terms and conditions of deals Closing deals effectively Managing accounts for assigned projects, including providing status updates, handling issues, and managing contracts Conducting up-sell and cross-sell activities on current projects Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas for deals and projects Providing regular reports on sales activities and performance   What we offer: Stable fixed part and bonus system to increase salary Working in a dynamic environment Friendly and supportive team Internal training and development opportunities Macbook equipment to work on Coworking office place in a vibrant location of Warsaw   Recruitment process: Interview with the TA Specialist Test task Interview with the Head of Business Development Offer!
