Unspecified This role is contingent on Contract Award.Material Program Manager (MPM) position available within the Poland Patriot Program in Grudziadz, Poland. The candidate must have a strong leadership background and ability to communicate and influence individuals at the Director level. The successful candidate must be fluent in Polish and English, with Commitment to obtain MPM certification within 1 year of joining the teamThe successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Integrated Product Team Lead and the broader Supply Chain organization to drive Raytheon requirements for manufacturing and quality capabilities of suppliers, and improvement of supplier hardware for schedule and affordability. You will be accountable to ensure suppliers are supporting Program needs, risks are mitigated, and efficiencies identified. The selected candidate will be working hand by hand with Polish Supplier during the execution of the projects.The selected candidate supports creation of the strategy around key suppliers for our program including compressed development procurements, systemic improvements for material flow and accountability, and instilling a “can-do” sense of ownership and alignment between the Supply Chain Team and the Program and Functional Organizations. This role will require the ability to extract critical information from complex development situations in order to find resolutions and path to closure. Executive presence and leadership are key for customer and senior Raytheon briefings.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Instilling a culture of strategic thinking, planning, procurement and material management excellence within the program supply chain teamCreating a vision around supply chain requirements and process initiatives, driving improvements for material flow and accountabilitySupporting Estimate At Complete (EAC), Forecasting, MPR and Supply Chain reporting requirementsSupporting development of material strategies and overseeing the preparation and execution of Material Program Plans (MPPs)Leading accountability for program and supply chain related metricsIdentifying and mitigating program risks as they pertain to material requirements through integrated root cause/corrective actionSupporting Integrated Product Team (IPT) and working hand by hand with local suppliers to ensure timely execution of the projectDriving AOP financial commitments and mitigating risks to sales, cash and profitSupporting Proposal activities and engaging in dialogue for vision and new strategies to support Pgo and PwinParticipate in projects (both Supply Chain and Program) to drive material efficiencies and increase material affordabilityOrganize, support and participate in Raytheon Enterprise Supplier Assessment (RESA) 1-5 Comprehensive Supply Chain support for Gates 0-11 activities; ensure Integrated Product Development Process (IPDP) compliance for the program including tailoring when applicable Required Education, Skills & Experience:Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain or related field and a minimum of 8+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6+ years’ experience.Experience supporting and executing Material Program Plans/Material Strategies for major contracts or sub-contractsExperience working with FMS and DCS contractsStrong knowledge of Polish supply base and experience working with PGZExperience with solving material planning/procurement issues and driving successful outcomesExperience analyze; ability to plan, control and direct activities and resourcesFluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)Qualifications We Value:Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain and/or additional professional certifications desiredSupply Chain certificationExperience with government regulations (i.e., FAR/DFAR, TINA, etc.)Cost Account Manager, material sales and EAC experienceKnowledge and experience in Export/Import Compliance requirements for international business partners and suppliersWhether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package that goes above and beyond with compensation; healthcare, wellness benefits; career development and recognition programs.
