Your Tasks Are you passionate about understanding the specific needs of different regions and driving continuous improvement in HR service delivery? We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Head of People Services (all genders) to lead and establish our pilot for HR services in Poland/Mexico, delivering exceptional services tailored to the markets. In this role, you'll have the opportunity influence global processes, and make a lasting impact on our organization. Your tasks are: Understand and Share Insights: Dive deep into the unique HR service needs of the region, collaborating closely with process owners in our Centers of Excellence (CoE) or service teams. Share valuable insights and feedback to ensure robust process delivery and continuous improvement. Implementation Excellence: Ensure the seamless implementation and establishment of HR services setup in the region, driving adherence to global standards and best practices. Lead and Coach: Establish and lead the pilot in our services team in the region, guiding them to execute all service processes with precision and excellence according to global standards. Lead, develop and coach team members regularly to foster growth and expertise. Regional Process Ownership: Join forces with the CoE Process team to take ownership of designated service processes. Participate in regular reviews and improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-Regional Collaboration: Foster integration and consistency in service processes across the region to capitalize on synergies and streamline tasks across countries. Facilitate regular exchanges with other Regional Heads of HR Services to gain valuable insights and perspectives. Performance Monitoring: Take charge of monitoring and controlling processes through robust KPI tracking. Ensure that targets are not just met, but exceeded, driving continuous improvement and excellence. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with other regional HR leaders and business stakeholders as needed to understand their needs and priorities. Join the Regional HR Leadership forum to maintain regular communication and alignment with the organization being served. Your Profile Proven experience in HR Services delivery or related roles, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence in a multinational environment. University degree with business relevance. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team already demonstrated in former leadership roles. Strong analytproblem solving and communication skills. Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from Business Partners to C-level executives on local, regional and global process matters based on latest research and industry best practices. Strong data analysis, ability to translate data into meaningful insights. Business fluent in English and Polish.
