IT Project Manager – Connectivity and Data Centres Tribe

Division: Group Technology Services (GTS)Please note that this is a permanent position and we do not offer freelance/contract arrangement for the role.General description: We are looking for an Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) that engages with stakeholders and orchestrates the end-to-end delivery of the various initiatives in and outside our Tribe. About the team:You will be part of Euroclear’s Group Technology Services division and join the Connectivity and Data Centres Systems (CDCS) Tribe that oversees our Network Engineering and data centres capabilities.Your mission, as member of the CDCS Orchestration and Enablement squad is to coordinate and lead the projects (‘Epics’) in the tribe. Typically, the Epics managed in our tribe cover modern technologies around network management, data centre administration, backup technologies and hybrid on-premises/cloud set-ups. Next to those we also take care of various security, resiliency or regulatory initiatives contributing to Euroclear’s corporate roadmap.About the role:As Epic Delivery Owner, your responsibilities include: End to end coordination for the Epic delivery on time, on budget and on scope Act as single point of contact for the Epic in and outside the Tribe / division Ensure that Epic delivery is following the System Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC – requirements/design/test/launch lifecycle) and is compliant with the associated IT controls Define the Cost (assessing the uncertainty level and add a contingency effort, etc in the Epic investment Request Manage the budget and supports the Epic Business Owner on Epic Benefits delivery Assess and manage the risks associated to the Epic delivery Represent and report out on the Epic throughout the entire lifecycle in steering committees. From ideation until closure The position might require travelling Your Euroclear journey will start with Epic management for our Nordics Customers (Sweden and Finland) related to Network and Cloud Technology.Requirements: Project manager skills, ensuring an initiative is managed with the defined and agreed boundaries (Time, Scope, and budget) Experience in working in an Agile context, comfortable to apply Agile practice. Agile certification is a plus. Solid understanding of the IT systems technology stack (from hardware to offering cloud services) and experience in a complex multi-tenant technical environment Knowledge of the specific tools is an asset: Azure DevOps Boards, ServiceNow (project, risk, resource management modules) Stakeholder management. Ability to build a strong stakeholder relationship considering they might be in various countries all over the world (remote management) Professional Project Manager certifications are an asset Knowledge of ITIL is an asset Good English communication skills #LI-DL1
