  • Building, Leading, motivating and evaluating a local payroll and operations team
  • Responsibility for various tasks related to payroll, benefits administration and administrative onboarding
  • Maintain employee data and payroll information up to date
  • Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies
  • Perform and/or manage the work of direct reports around effective and efficient administration
  • Responsible for designing the administrative processes ensuring scalability, effectiveness and efficiency in a customer oriented way to support growth strategy.

  • Proven experience as a Payroll & HR Administration Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and Polish regulations,
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel,
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels,
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively,
  • Operational excellence practices and process improvement expertise
  • Good command of English (min. B2 level)
