EVP NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Operational Quality PQMConstruction Operational Quality department is responsible for supervising all aspects of Quality in our construction projects. We represent the customer's voice in relation to quality issues from contract signing, through manufacturing, installation, commissioning and until the project is handed over to Service. We facilitate the process of defining and addressing quality risks/opportunities, implementing prevention measures. Responsibilities Ensure that Quality related project requirements are met (as defined in the project contract) Plan and implement activities as defined in the project Inspection, Test Audit Plan (ITAP) Lead, support and assist the project team members in relation to all quality matters Keep close communication with the customer regarding Quality topics Handle quality KPI's within the project Manage an overview of the Quality status in the project Follow up on Quality matters in the project Provide project Quality reporting Maintain and follow up on all quality-related documentation for the project Advise and assist the Project Quality team in relation to customer audits and inspections Manage all the quality related key interfaces in the project Escalate serious quality issues Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management or similar At least 5 years of professional experience - within quality and project management Hands-on experience within project management Good knowledge of Quality Management tools Good understanding of ISO (ISO, OHSAS and ISO 1) Experience with audits and inspections Experienced SAP user Professional level of spoken and written English Experience in the wind industry - for instance with WTG platforms - is desirable Competencies High level of quality and safety awareness Planning and project management skills Communication and conflict resolution skills Problem-solving ability Persistence and the ability to influence the others Ability to facilitate change Technical competencies Critical thinking What we offerWe offer an exciting job in a stable, in a flexible location, international environment You'll be working in a fast growing team of highly competent colleagues which is at the forefront of growth within the wind energy sector.
