BRAND MANAGER CEE Warsaw, Poland   Brand Manager in Central Eastern Europe Region is an important role with direct impact on business results and the dynamics of adidas cosmetics brand. Taking the position, you will be responsible for managing brand in the CEE region and have opportunity to work on a few markets (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania) as well as collaborate with global team.   RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our HQ in Warsaw.   Your main focus: Manage chosen categories agenda both: communication and portfolio wise to achieve best business results Contribute to definition & execute portfolio strategy across CEE markets for managed categories (Re)define & execute brand activation and support model. Secure activation agenda for the managed categories, prepare execution of local CEE campaigns in line with global strategy and addressing CEE market needs Cooperate closely with Customer Marketing departments in Poland and other CEE countries. Make sure that marketing plans are consistent with the in-store ones. Prepare activation briefs. Cooperate closely with media team and creative agencies, as well as influencer agency. Prepare post-evaluation of activities Create influencer campaigns supporting Brand’s key activities / launches. Prepare competition analysis covering communication, claims and new product launches, as well as market performance. Lead & execute NPIs for the chosen categories across the region, securing topline growth and profitability Take responsibility over marketing budget. We build brands to inspire and enable our consumers to feel the confidence and joy of expressing their beauty, in their own way.   YOU ARE A COTY FIT 3-4 years of work experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry Experience in leading cross-functional projects Very good knowledge of market analysis and experience in data driven recommendation AC Nielsen tools knowledge Very good knowledge of contemporary digital media (social media, content marketing, influencers) Very good command of English both in writing and speaking Goal oriented, proactive, team player with ownership and can do attitude.
