Job purpose The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is the single point of contact for all IT-related business needs at the plant.  This person works with a highly matrixed and global IT organization to deliver the business requirements.Key responsibilitiesManaging expectations and communication with business stakeholders - accountable to the business for overall IT delivery.Applying technical and relationship skills to manage areas of responsibility.Providing an approach to business/technology opportunities as well as a detailed, methodical approach to system changes.Implementing of IT projects (from conception to completion), for a broad range of initiatives, for setting priorities, and delivering quality solutions to support the business.Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, directing, and coordinating resources and activities to meet business requirements and project completion dates.Managing local budget and cost-effectiveness of their area of responsibility.Providing project management and information technology expertise for application software projects and system support; also provides ongoing maintenance and support of existing business systems.What we’re looking forMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical degree.Minimum 3 years of systems analysis experience.Experience in ERP (SAP), Critical Manufacturing (MES), TeamCenter (PLM), and Microsoft/SharePoint knowledge and experience is a plus.Solid project management skills (PMP Certification preferred) - team management skills are a plus.Ability to work with minimal supervision, work under tight deadlines, prioritize multiple projects, and handle changing priorities.Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others (shop floor, department managers, plant managers, and VIPs) in a global team.Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, thinking 3 steps ahead.Understanding complex business requirements and desire to solve complex issues/problemsUpdate with new technology and willingness to recommend and implement it.Able to communicate freely in polish and English.Most valued competencesSelf-motivationMotivating othersCreativeProblem-solvingEnergeticPriority settingWhat we offerWorking in a Hi-tech environment (modern, robotic machine park which is constantly growing), in a multinational company with high-quality manufactured products and the best working environment.Hybrid working model and task-based working hours.Possibility to develop and participate in trainings, and workshops and to finance further education (Master's, Postgraduate’s).Competitive salary adequate to skills and experience.Private Medicover medical care for the employee and his family.Co-financing for the sports card Multisport.Co-financing for holidays, and Christmas gifts for employees' children.Possibility to join life insurance.Enjoying a company physiotherapist and fruits.Ability to take part in attractive employee referral program.#LI-AM1#LI-Hybrid
