DEPUTY OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER

ENGIE Zielona Energia Sp. z o.o.is looking for a person for position: Deputy Operations Support Manager location: Katowice, Poland Main responsibilities: • Supporting the manager in ensuring the effective functioning of the Operational Support Department • Co-managing the team, including developing employees' competencies, setting and evaluating periodic goals, conducting developmental discussions, and managing employees' work time • Resolving current issues and facing challenges • Supporting the optimization of processes supporting the sales area • Settlement and post-sales service for strategic clients • Participation in the reporting and reporting process • Supervision over the process of changing the seller • Participation in the energy and derivative products settlement process • Initiating actions and implementing changes resulting, among others, from changes in legal regulations, optimization, or launching new processes Candidate profile: • Minimum 4 years of experience in the energy industry • Knowledge of processes related to wholesale and retail sales of electricity, natural gas, and derivative products • Understanding of settlement principles in the energy market • Familiarity with the seller switching process • Knowledge of reporting processes to regulatory authorities (URE/ARE/Ministry of Climate/ACER) • Familiarity with energy law, IRiESD, IRiESP • Experience in customer service processes • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (at an intermediate level) • Experience in team management • Ability to foster a supportive work atmosphere with open communication, employee motivation, and engagement • Advanced analytical skills, ability to reason logically and make decisions in a dynamic business environment • Highly developed communication skills and personal culture • Ability to take initiative and maintain a proactive approach to work • Proficiency in English and Polish enabling fluent communication • Higher education (preferably in management, economics, energy, or business analytics) We offer: • Attractive bonus system • Social Benefit Fund - subsidies for holidays, holiday bonuses • Life insurance • Multisport card for 1 PLN • Medical care for 1 PLN • English language classes • Financing for specialized courses, trainings, and studies • Flexible working hours and hybrid work mode • Office located in the city center of Katowice (Altus) and parking card • Great coffee and fruits • Friendly and eco-friendly work environment
