Key responsibilities: Building a strong business relationship with the management and employees. Identifying gaps in the HR process, and proposing and implementing changes necessary to cover risks. Acting as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the company. Supporting in the creation of the company culture. Managing and conducting the onboarding and off-boarding process. Developing L&D strategies (global, local training policy). Being an internal trainer for: PME - People Management Essential program, Types of colors, etc. Managing an employee engagement survey. Developing and managing the local HR site, and being responsible for internal communication. Managing Company Social Fund. Managing the Talent Cycle Process (employee evaluation, IDP, talent review). Preparation of periodical reports and analyses, KPI measurement. Collaboration with the Finance BP. Managing data and reports in SuccessFactors (local HRIS system). Preparing and updating documentation, policies, and procedures and analyzing them in terms of compliance with the labor code and policies of the BC group. Complying with the requirements of the RODO / GIODO Act and ongoing auditing of the system. Ensuring the security and confidentiality of personal data processed. Leading and designing HR projects for the local needs. Being involved in transformation and transition projects in the GBS. Being the point of contact for employees and managers. Being a backup for the Payroll Specialist. About you: Higher education, preferably in Law and Administration, HRM, or related. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including operations and payroll support. 3+ years of proven HR operational experience in full employment lifecycle. Very good knowledge of English, enabling daily communication in an international environment. Software knowledge – MS Office Suite; SuccessFactors, TETA, SAP (PR, PO, MIGO) will be an asset. In-depth Labor Law, and Time & Attendance Knowledge. Presentation (training) skills. Communication and interpersonal skills, high personal culture. Effectiveness in action and resistance to stress. Ability to set priorities in the daily tasks. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes. Proactive attitude: experimenting, looking for solutions.
