Interface between Global and Local After Sales in the Regiondefine overall strategy for After sales/ Align on After sales KPI’s (together with Global AS & Ext. groups) Promote/support /follow-up/collect/share feedback and best practiceDealer support tools and content • HSH implementation or other IT tools related to After sales function • Dealer meetings – support markets with the After sales related content.• CRM implementation, review/set effective processes within After sales support functions• Dealer portal development/content activation Product quality/warranty• Product Quality status monitoring within region, secure proactive handling on possible/raised issues. • Identifying Early warning issues (safety or potentially big impact cases).• Analyze warranty data and initiate actions for R&D, PMD, country AS teams and training needs for internal/external stakeholdersTrainings• Identify needs of trainings/competence development – align on Training programs (Global-Regional-Local)• Coordinate regional Technical trainings (exchange of experience)• Husqvarna University - promote learning & benefits internally & externally • Setting and supporting with the requirements/conditions for the local service training facility (a,e, incl. P&A, special tools and etc.).End customer support• Cooperation with the External Customer service provider (volume FC, follow-up on KPI’s, review/set effective processes, trainings)• Promote/support the Self service content/Chat bot activation within markets P&A business • Lead the growth of spare parts sales in the region, leveraging sales campaigns, marketing, process and portfolio management. • Authority on competitive pricing within the region.• Collaborate with Global Categories and Marketing to develop, test and roll out merchandising solutions• Follow up KPIs with each of the countries through the operational reviews and ongoing discussionsHusqvarna Services (Care program)• Actively participate in development and implementation sales of Service solutions (a.,e. HQ Care)Local After sales organizations• FTE mapping (resource planning) • Budget input SBD programPioneer the development of Service Business Development program in the region.
