We are looking for a Product Manager who can craft and execute a product strategy for discovery of content on GOG. Obowiązki Support product transformation in the organisation and be jointly responsible for its success Taking product leadership in the area of marketplace or business partner tools Ensure the achievement of business objectives for the area and actively support the team with their implementation Ensuring that the team works in an interdisciplinary way, using all competencies (business, engineering, design) Wymagania 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably in the B2C e-commerce/marketplace Demonstrated ability to execute a comprehensive product strategy. This involves aligning product goals with overall business objectives, identifying market opportunities, and making strategic decisions to drive the growth. A track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams (hiring, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve product goals). Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset (a knowledge of monitoring KPI, use data to inform and make decisions, experience with A/B testing, experience in Scrum methodology) Nice to have: Good understanding of the UX field, ability to empathise with users and understand their needs Understand technological aspects on a level that allows you to make decisions and challenge the status quo Familiarity with the gaming industry and the business models within it Bonus points if you’ve worked on user discovery (search and browse) problem areas before!
