Risk Manager III, TSE Operations

Amazon’s TSE Operations ensures to provide a worry free shopping experience to all our customers WW. The RISC program ensures customers can purchase only legal, safe products. We are looking for a Sr. Risk Manager for RISC Operations integrations team within TSE Operations, to drive integration in the processes across multiple programs within RISC domain. You will be responsible guiding Risk Specialists and/or program managers to drive process re-engineering, eliminating NVA activities, establish program agnostic workstreams. You will collaborate across WW program, product, operations and legal partners to evaluate risk in process redesigning, establish prioritization framework and influence cost to serve.Key job responsibilities1. Design framework to develop program agnostic scalable operations 2. Establish mechanisms to identify process Non-value add activities, collaborate with program, product leaders to eliminate such waste while assessing risk in the process 3. Identify opportunities to automate or semi-automate the process4. Work with Business Intelligence Engineers, Product Managers to establish key metrics to measure process performance 5. Engage with legal, program leaders to establish prioritization framework 6. Identify key challenges in establishing scalable operations and partner with product, tech, operations leaders to address such scenarios proactively 8. Present leaders progress through WBR, MBRs, and QBRs9. Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to scale the programWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Romania (IAS), Poland (GDN), Spain (BCN)We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Gdansk, POLBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of experience in any process in RISC domain - 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech program/product/legal teams experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Driving end to end delivery, and dealing with highly ambiguous situations - - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management – MBA, Certification in Lean process
