Our motivated and focused Controllers at RWE Renewables Europe & Australia are working in 9 countries across Europe providing financial services for numerous operational assets as well as projects under development and construction. We offer excellent opportunities for you to pro-actively drive change, develop yourself in an international, dynamic team and flexible working environment.Your tasks:Supporting the Onshore, Solar and Storage business in Poland during the development and construction phase bySetting up, interpreting and analysing steering relevant financial and operational KPIs and presenting the results in a suitable way to the managementTaking the responsibility for business planning and forecasting including deviation analyses and the preparation of a comprehensive storyline towards the stakeholderRegularly reporting the operational business performance and conducting ad-hoc analysesEnsuring a proper structure of the business in the used systems (e.g. PCs, CCs and WBSs in SAP) and supporting the process to set-up these structuresActing as a financial business partner to support and challenge the business, identify best in class solutions and trends to safeguard the success of our growth ambitions.Maintaining and strengthening good working relationships with internal counterparties within RWE Renewables (esp. the operational teams and accounting) Developing and continuously improving planning and controlling tools especially with a focus on automisation and digitalizationImplementing and refining structures and processes that ensure an efficient way of working for all involved stakeholders, following the one of our principles “work smarter, not harder”Your profile:Excellent university degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance or Business AdministrationAt least 1-3 years of experience in a controlling / subsidiary management / finance areaA profound knowledge and understanding about the European energy market and related regulations, especially in Poland is desirableStrong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information and present it in a clear and logical formatHighly developed communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills to establish and foster effective working relationships in a cross-cultural environmentHighly reliable and flexible teamplayer with a good self-organisation and a strong commitmentGood skills in SAP (FI/CO/BI) and MS OfficeFamiliarity with IFRS; Polish GAAP is a plusFluent in Polish and English Our Offer:Financial benefits: In purely financial terms, with a competitive salary, RWE is worth working for.Flexible working: RWE helps you to balance the demands of the professional and the personal life, with options including flexible working hours and mobile working.Personal development: A key to long-term success lies in keeping your professional expertise fully up to date.
