Business Development Manager R&D

As the Business Development Manager, you'll be integral part of our company's growth, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities for custom applications and proprietary products. With a strong emphasis on the European market, your exceptional sales skills will be key in building and nurturing client relationships. What challenges are you going to face? Conduct thorough market research and analysis within the pharmaceutical industry to identify potential clients with their own software development departments, industry trends, and competitive offerings Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical sector to achieve revenue targets Identify and qualify potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry through proactive prospecting and lead generation Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions as the ideal fit Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of our clients Drive sales of our own software products Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to the management team What do we expect from you?
