As a Product Solutions Content Marketeer, you e nable sales and marketing functions to promote and sell the SD Worx’ offering (HR and payroll software, outsourcing, consulting and insights) to clients and prospects by crafting differentiating messaging and content assets that showcase the value and benefits of our products and solutions to our target audience. You will be part of the central Solution marketing team within the wider ‘Marketing excellence’ department with team members from all across Europe and Mauritius. What do you have to offer?   You have a strong understanding of product marketing principles and the ability to develop content that resonates with specific buyer personas. You have a master’s degree or equivalent level of experience and +5 year working experience in marketing. Experience in HR and/or technology are a plus. You are fluent in Polish and English ; any additional (Eastern) European language is a plus to support the CEE countries in Europe. You have excellent writing and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into tangible benefits for the target audience. Proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on product and solution messaging. You have strong project management to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, being a great team player as well as an organized individual. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving measurable results. You are experienced in working with cross-country and cross-functional teams virtually.   Which tasks can you expect?   You actively participate in the Go-to-market plans of existing and new solutions, with a focus on Poland, the Adriatic region and other CEE countries. Content creation: You create compelling content assets tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey from brand awareness, demand generation to convincing the prospect/customer in a 1-to-1 conversation. You know how to write copy and turn it into visually attractive collaterals that demonstrates how our solutions address specific customer pain points and solve their business challenges effectively. Examples are solution websites, sales decks, pitches, videos, customer stories and sales enablement content. Sales enablement: You work closely with the sales team to create sales collateral, pitches, playbooks that empower them to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospects and customers. Content distribution: You make sure that all content assets are available in an easy to use way via a sales enablement platform. Marketing and competitive analysis: You actively stay informed and leverage market and competitor insights to differentiate our offerings effectively in the market. Collaboration: You create a collaborative environment with all stakeholders (sales, local marketing, portfolio & products, sales excellence and brand) to be aligned on deliverables, milestones and timings. You work together with our in-house digital marketing and graphic design agency to ensure that our websites and collateral are on brand. Performance Tracking: You monitor the performance of product-focused content initiatives using the analytics of our tools and use data-driven insights to optimize content assets for maximum impact.   From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
