Expected, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Ansible, Bash, Python, Git, Terraform, Red Hat, HelmAbout the project, Currently, we are looking for a Managed Cloud OpenShift Engineer for our team in Poland.Your responsibilities, Advanced Technical Support: Acting as the highest level of support for troubleshooting and resolving complex OpenShift-related issues, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis, Technical Expertise: Possessing an in-depth understanding of OpenShift architecture, Kubernetes, containerization, and associated technologies, Deployment and Configuration: Deployment, configuration, and maintenance OpenShift clusters in the public cloud, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security, Security and Compliance: Ensuring OpenShift environments comply with security policies and implementing advanced security best practices, including access control and vulnerability management, Cloud Services: Deployment, maintenance, integration, and operating OpenShift as a Service in public cloud, Automation: Development and maintenance of advanced automation scripts and tools for provisioning, scaling, and managing OpenShift clusters, Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Implementing advanced monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and complex issuesProven experience as an OpenShift expert with Level 2 (L2) support capabilities and production environments, Expertise in deploying, configuring, and managing OpenShift clusters, including knowledge of operators and Helm charts, Management for Kubernetes (RHACM), including knowledge of best practices, Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Ansible / Bash / Python, Proficiency in IaC with strong emphasis on Git and Terraform, Expert knowledge in RHEL, Experience with containers and Red Hat OpenShift / RHACM / Kubernetes, Strong understanding of security best practices and container security, Familiarity with IBM Cloud platform, managed services and integration with other services like container registry, logging and monitoring services, storage services, Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex technical scenarios, Effective communication and collaboration skills, Fluent communication skills in EnglishOptional, Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container registries, Knowledge of DevOps/SRE methodologies and practices, Familiarity with container networking, storage, and performance optimization, Relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified OpenShift AdministratorDivision of working time, Remote work - 100%This is how we work on a project, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Integration, DevOpsDevelopment opportunities we offer, development budget, technical knowledge exchange within the companyWhat we offer, Individual training budget and exam fees for partner certifications, Flexible working hours and remote working model, Laptop and equipment of your choice, Local package such as health care, life insurance, a cafeteria system, and a virtual assistant (AskHenry)Benefits, sharing the costs of sports activities, private medical care, sharing the costs of professional training & courses, life insurance, remote work opportunities, flexible working time, fruits, integration eventsNordcloud sp zoo, Nordcloud, an IBM company, is a European leader in cloud advisory, implementation, application development, managed services, and training.
