Delivery Manager

You will be based in our Warsaw, Prague or Budapest office as part of Orphoz, working closely and in partnership with clients' senior management and their specialist departments. Orphoz is a consulting firm created by McKinsey & Company. You will grow in a stimulating and human environment where quality of life at work is important.You will lead on largely business transformation projects by engaging at a deep level across our clients’ businesses, working in teams to build the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and then ensure those results will be sustained. This includes organizational structure, capability building, service redesign, operational excellence, governance and more.Master's or bachelor’s degree with strong record of academic achievement; MBA preferred8+ years of experience in project management consulting and/or project implementation, e.g., in a Project Management Office (PMO) in the context of business transformation projectsExperience leading people and building teams, empowering team members to achieve impactDrive to create long-lasting impact, and enjoy leading teams to achieve resultsExperience in conducting workshops and coaching sessionsAs a plus, a particular functional (e.g., lean management, process optimization and agile management) or sector expertiseFluency in English and the local office language (both written and verbally)Flexibility to travel when required as part of a hybrid working model
