Your Responsibilities:As a member of our team, you will:Take on the role of a project manager for one or more projects.Contribute actively to the team's R&D activities on a daily basis.Ensure development work aligns with predefined requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.Conduct peer reviews of team members' work to maintain high product quality.Manage project execution, risks, and monitor completion of project milestones.Collaborate with local and external suppliers.Develop detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and project estimates.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction.Your Background:The ideal candidate should have:Degree and strong background in automation, robotics, and mechatronics.Experience implementing or building automation solutions.Good knowledge of market-available technologies.Familiarity with sensors, vision systems, robots, etc.Willingness to travel abroad.Genuine interest in computers, programming, and innovative technology.Several years of experience in a similar role (Junior, Regular, or Senior).Fluent in English.Project management experience.Nice to Have:It would be advantageous to have:Programming knowledge (C#, SQL, Python, etc.).Experience with Stage Gate Project Management.Expertise in 3D printing.3D designing skills.
