Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for Introducing, maintaining and continuously developing the license management system, including the procurement and allocation of software licenses Recording of basic hardware and software information, comparison with existing license documents and creation of compliance reports Consideration of legal framework conditions, secure storage of license certificates, clear definition of licensing rules and complete documentation Further development of software asset management and reports based on this (inventory, installations, license balance, optimization potential, costs, risks) Internal consulting for IT and specialist teams on licenses and subscriptions when procuring new software and contact person* for licensors (incl. audits) WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU Information technology (IT), legal or commercial training or further training or a corresponding degree (e.g. business/computer science, business law, IT specialist*, IT administrator*) Experience in IT license management; alternatively good IT knowledge and willingness to familiarize yourself with software asset management Ideally knowledge of the license certificates and rules of the major IT licensors, e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Adobe and overview of basic IT compliance guidelines Experience with risk assessment, business process descriptions, guidelines, regular reports; knowledge of Matrix 42 or comparable ITSM, SAM and ticketing tools is desirable Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT and other IT frameworks would be an advantage Very good German and good written and spoken English skills Nobody is perfect!
