We are waiting for your CV! what we offer A competitive salary that matches your skills and experience Contract of employment A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a benefits platform  Continuous learning and development opportunities, including training programs and workshops A hybrid model of work in the modern office in the center of Poznań your tasks As a process owner, you are responsible for coordinating the group-wide controlling process (e.g. management reporting, forecasting, planning, and cost accounting) You take on the management of international strategic projects in controlling or accounting including roll-outs You develop global commercial standards and are responsible for the further development and implementation of the associated guidelines You will provide business advice and be a contact person for the Management Board, especially for profitability analyses in the context of complex business cases You are responsible for the continuous identification of improvement opportunities in business processes (e.g. through digitalisation) You will provide support with issues related to the group companies You will be involved in the preparation of the annual financial statements and provide support on queries from auditors and tax consultants what we expect You have a degree in business administration or economics, preferably with a specialization in controlling, or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in an international production company or an auditing company You have in-depth knowledge of group consolidation (with a focus on group planning/reporting), investment evaluation and the associated ERP and analysis systems You have experience in managing international projects You have excellent communication and presentation skills and enjoy dealing with challenging situations thanks to your engaging personality and confident attitude You have an analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills and are result-oriented You feel comfortable in an international family-owned company and have a very good command of English for daily internal and external communication and documentation Employment agency entry number 47 this job offer is intended for people over 18 years of age
