Dentons Business Services EMEA is currently seeking a Financial Controller to support our operations spread across 19 countries in Europe. Requirements About the role •       Active involvement in budgeting process for Dentons Europe •       Critical review of budgets for costs, revenues, investments and participating in solving any irregularities •       Preparing timely monthly management accounts •       Improvement and implementation of reporting and management control procedures •       Annual and quarterly reporting to Dentons Global •       Preparing calculations, reports, presentations in the field of management accounting and budgeting for the needs of the firm’s leadership •       Preparing forecasts and financial parts of business plans for new investments •       Analysis and improvement of the data consolidation and reporting processes •       Administration of the budgeting system held in Tagetik •       Cooperation with Europe’s Countries finance leads and other Regional functions (Finance, Marketing, Technology, etc.)   About You •       University degree in Finance, Accounting •       Professional qualification such as  ACCA or CIMA will be an advantage •       At least 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role, 8-10 years of experience in finance, part of which in Big4 in audit or similar will be an advantage. •       Strong  interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (English, Polish) •       Able to work efficiently/accurately with little instruction and supervision •       Excellent analytical skills. •       Proven experience in budgeting and financial forecasting. •       Experience in creating management accounting concepts. •       Focus on process improvement and innovation. •       Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. •       Experience in using VBA and/or SQL to automate reporting processes will be an advantage. •       Experience in using Tagetik will be an advantage.
