Learning & Development Manager Cluster Europe EastAbout the role The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of L&D programs and initiatives in Cluster East Europe (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Croatia, Greece, Turkey). You will be member of our cluster HR team as well as member of global L&D team.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we'd love to talk. What You will do:Deliver agreed support to fulfil business unit and global HR L&D process requirementsImplement specific L&D related Global and local HR Policies and programs (e.g., CoC, compliance trainings, leadership onboarding) and give input to global/BU L&D activitiesBe owner of content for selected global program(s)Apply new technologies into L&D processCommunicate and promote global & local programs to employees and managersAssess development needs, deliver training, and evaluate effectivenessCoordinate L&D activities across business units and helps related interaction between business units to ensure equal treatmentProposes relevant harmonization and other local policies and guidelinesEnsure all related policies are compliant with global, BU requirements and with specific local legislationProvide expert advice and specialist HR support for L&D to line manager and other HR roles for area of responsibilityManage vendor relationsContribute to a service culture to fulfil the service level agreement (interface MOD, Local HRM)Who You are:University Degree in Human Science, Education or similarMin 5 years of human resources experience within a Multinational Company, including experience working in a fast-paced and demanding customer-focused position.Proven experience, and knowledge of effective learning methodsExcellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English is a mustKnowledge of one of the languages from the cluster East is a must, more is an advantageCapacity to work with others in a high-functioning, collaborative, and innovative environmentAbility to learn fast and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and on tight deadlines.Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirementsStrong communication, project management, and budgeting skills What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and Inclusive Culture | Empowering & Engaged Leaders | Working with Powerful Purpose & Sustainable Impact | Learning and Growing in your Career | Supporting Well-being & Sustainable Working Life | Life-changing Innovations | Competitive Total rewardsTogether, we are improving lives, every day.Working at Essity is not just a career; it is a chance to directly make the world a healthier, more hygienic and safer place.
