What will you be doing? Prepare and execute category sourcing strategies for all packaging related expenditure including raw materials, transport and logistics, quality, and supply security in alignment with Head of Indirect Spend, Head of Procurement and BU/Function targets. Conduct in-depth spend analysis on current and historical expenditure to identify opportunities. Manage relationships with existing suppliers through ongoing monitoring, performance reviews, and account management and monitor supplier quality, delivery times, and customer service metrics. Work closely with internal stakeholders in production, marketing, sales to understand business needs. Continuously identify sourcing projects and initiatives for cost optimization and process improvement. Support and ensure compliance and audit (internal/external) conform processes. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field Min. 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the packaging industry Professional certification in procurement such as CPP or CPSM would be an asset Project management skills Risk management experience Understanding of environmental and sustainability concepts in packaging Commercial experience managing budgets/P&L for Procurement functions Language skills: Corporate language: English B2 Working with customers: German B2 What’s in it for you?
