About the departmentThe job is located in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland. Global Operations Controlling in CPBC is part of worldwide Global Operations (GO) Finance Organization. We cooperate with Production Sites, Sales Subsidiaries and Head Quarter, where we perform business and cost price controlling as well as facilitate performance dialog. About the job As a member of Global Operations Finance Team, you will be responsible for delivering finance transparency and driving the performance of Supply Chain Department. You will be accountable for the reporting of financial results and you will be responsible for commentary aligned with Global Operations Management. You will manage the financial month end review process as well as support through forecasting and controlling. About the role As a GO Controller your main responsibilities will be:• Establish yourself as a trusted partner for key business stakeholders• Actively support month- and year-end closing and forecasting processes • Support development and maintenance of the department’s performance management reporting requirements• Perform variances analysis (incl. commentary), identify trends and recommend actions to Management• Ensure follow-up on financial plans in the area of transport governance within Supply Chain• Participate in various cross functional projects and contribute to the success of finance projects within Global Operations• Being a change facilitator, develop and collaborate with leads, and influence leadership in the transformation to and/or in support of a continuous improvement culture• Support internal and external financial audits Requirements: • Experience in business analysis, business controlling or similar position connected with performance management• University degree in Finance, Business Analysis or Logistics• Finance knowledge in an ERP system• Natural interest in business understanding and performance management• Strong analytical and numerical skills• Knowledge of various reporting and BI systems will be an advantage• Proactive and problem-solving skills• Fluent spoken and written English• Excellent communication skills• Understands and implements processes Competences:• Demonstrating high level of ownership• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines• Courage to challenge the business• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and DAX would be an advantage• High level on Excel skills• Independent and structured approach to work• Have a high level of energy and strong self-drive • Team player with good social skills• Flexible approach to work We offer • No probation period – long-term contract from the start • Hybrid and onsite work from our office in Szczecin • Flexible working hours • International work environment with Scandinavian culture• Opportunity to use and develop foreign languages in daily work• Fantastic work atmosphere full of respect and partnership • Internal trainings available in CPBC Academy That's not all!
