The roleRecruitment Operations Team Leader leads the recruitment support team’s service delivery, setting an example to team members in terms of efficiency and customer-focus. The role partners up with the Manager and another Team Leader on the team, in shaping the service offering that adds value, as well as in creating supportive work environment where all the team members have an opportunity to showcase their skills and work on their owns progress.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:As an HR Team Leader- Recruitment Operations, you will:Build and maintain relationship with internal stakeholders and clients – Recruiters, HR, vendors and other teams/functions we work withLead the team by example – provide best in class support service with a focus on quality of service delivery and service excellenceSpot and pursue opportunities for growing and refining the scope of processes we offerWork closely with the team, delegate tasks and track their completion, provide constructive feedbackMotivate the team to provide great service, day in day outHire new team members, take active part in mapping skills within the team, assessing training needs and succession planningKeep an open mind, anticipate changes and sudden turns of events and more importantly – translate them into clear course of action for the teamGather and present data on team’s deliveryOversee the delivery of recruitment reporting, and support adhoc reporting requirementsManage escalations (qualify the issue, address where appropriate, engage with relevant stakeholders, propose solutions / improvements, deliver them & build stronger relationships as a result)Proactively identify and progress continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, service excellence, quality and ways of workingABOUT YOUExperience of working in an International business environment, managing an HR team is essentialAt least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in an HR environment (professional services preferred) and at least a year of experience managing a teamLeadership skills, being able to inspire team to follow your exampleExcellent English skills requiredTalent Acquisition, Recruitment or Recruitment Operations experience requiredTimeliness, accuracy and precision in task deliveryExperience in dealing with a demanding workload and conflicting priorities Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines, be methodical and logical, as well as thrive in a robust and fast-paced environmentHave the ability to see delegated tasks through to completion at a high standardA proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive informationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with stakeholdersHighly motivated with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.  You will have a collaborative working style, able to work on own initiative as well as part of a wider teamAbility to understand and identify with the firm, and its objectives and valuesThe Department / Practice GroupGSC HR team is divided into four areas: Learning and Development, Recruitment Operations, Onboarding and Life Cycle.
