Junior Content Specialist

We’re looking for a full-time Junior Content Specialist who will help us grow and attract new customers to our business. If you have your first experience in digital marketing, enjoy writing and are interested in the social media realm, you sound like a great fit for this job Our product is a quality customer-oriented application designed for social media analytics, powered by artificial intelligence. We are a remote-first company with the team based mostly in Warsaw, which enables us to meet from time to time. This is a remote job offer but we require you to visit our Warsaw office once or twice a month. There is an option to join us part-time (4 days per week). What will you do? In general, you’ll be helping us implement our marketing strategy which main goal is to aquire B2B leads from Poland and abroad. In particular, that means: Preparing content for our blog and making sure it’s always up to date Taking care of our iconic Trends reports Running our brand social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) Establish and maintain relationships with guest authors and influencers Making improvements, testing new solutions and generating ideas What do we need from you? One year of experience working in digital marketing Knowledge of the social media market and vivid interest in what's going on in social media Interest in creating both short and long form content Fluency in Polish English at least on the B2 level (you’ll be creating content both in Polish and English), alternatively English native speaker Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proactivity and creativity in performing tasks and solving problems You’ll get extra points if: You’ve been using digital marketing tools in the past (e.g. HubSpot, Canva) You’re familiar with SEO basics You know how to create and edit videos You’re not scared of camera and public speaking You know Sotrender or other similar tools You’ve worked in SaaS What do we guarantee: Salary base within the range 4 500 - 5 000 pln gross (mandate contract or contract for permanent employment) 20 or 26 paid days off Co-financed private medical care Mentoring (if needed) and professional feedback (always) to help you grow fast Working in a tight-knit team who enjoy their work (we measure engagement level each week) Some small pleasures (interesting challenges within employees, free half a day on your birthday and at Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve)
