As a Test Manager, you will:Prepare, plan & execute an overall test strategy for the productensuring that software meets quality standards and is free from errors or defectsCollaborate with project stakeholders, such as product managers, project managers, developers, QA engineers, business core users and othersto secure that testing covers all project scope & all type of users, aligns with project goals and objectivesCoordinatetesting efforts of QA team increating test cases, running tests and handling defectsManage test dependencies,identify risks, prepare & execute mitigation planRegularly update Delivery manager and project team on current testing plan status & risksPlan and execute end-to-end go-live and post-launchtest coverage and QA processWhat is required:A Bachelor’s Degree in SW Engineering, Computer Science or equivalentHands-on experience with testing teams and various testing approaches, tools & best practicesHands-on experience working in a project basedsetup where you can manage and execute end-to-end testing processes with changing requirements and priorities of the project/program You should be able to clearly articulate project testing goals, progress and issues to ensure everyone is on the same pageYou should be adaptable and flexible in your approach, ready to accommodate changes and adjust the testing strategy accordinglyExperience of client-side technologies (HTML, CSS)Experience with REST APIs (XML, JSON) and Postman (or equivalent client)Experience in load testingYou are a dedicated team player with effective communication skills and by being part of a distributed team, you will communicate a lot with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendorsYou have fluent English language skills, and you feel confident working in a cross-cultural environmentWhat we can offer:Employees get the opportunity to work on projects that have a meaningful impact on people's lives.
