It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.Customer and Supplier Collaboration Product ManagerAbout the roleThe Customer and Supplier Collaboration Product Manager is accountable for defining the strategy, implementation and live operations for global Supplier Collaboration products in line with Business priorities and to maximise value for money over the lifecycle of the product. Our supplier network includes thousands of raw material suppliers, contract manufacturers, and customers around the globe, ensuring we can produce an adequate supply of products and ensure timely deliveries to customers. The Customer and Supplier Collaboration Product Manager works closely with the Business to address current and future product needs, including onboarding or changing customers or suppliers in the network, and develops and delivers those solutions. Key responsibilities:Accountable for all aspects of strategy, product delivery and operations for the Supplier Collaboration products across the supply chain, inclusive of external 3rd party customers, CMOs, and suppliers. Develop a product improvement pipeline to meet business goals and objectives in the areas of Supplier Collaboration . Take full accountability and provide oversight for the successful delivery of all experiments and projects within the product scope. Oversee overall Supplier Collaboration applications service performance ensuring that the risks and value associated with the applications are effectively managed over their lifecycle. At Business Unit Level: Success will be measured by achieving the maximum value for the business while ensuring the Supplier Collaboration applications operate at an optimal cost vs risk level. Provides input to Product architecture, aligning across the Tech organisation on standards relating to platforms, cyber security, strategic vendors & delivery models. Ensure robust governance are in place and lead governance bodies to approve experiments and product improvement projects. The Customer and Supplier Collaboration Product Manager will be required to be the domain expert in Supplier Collaboration. They will be expected to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal business stakeholders (QSC), external 3rd parties, as well as with internal technical teams. Essential:Proficiency with Customer and Supplier Collaboration applications, processes, design and implementationApplied knowledge and experience with SAP and EDI integrationExperience in Applications deployment & maintenanceKnowledge of supply chain & Cloud technologies and trendsWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skillsGood presentation and influencing skillsPreferred:Technical Mastery in implementing Collaboration solutions: 10+ years Technical Mastery in managing the performance of Collaboration applications over their Lifecycle: 10+ yearsMaster’s Degree in a Science topicAPICS or equivalent supply chain certificationOpportunities for growth None of us should ever feel like we are standing still.
