Test Manager, SAP Solutions In this Digital & Technology role, you will play a key role through the entire design and global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. What you will be doing: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive test strategy to ensure the SAP implementation is robust before go-live • Lead and manage a team of SAP testers, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of testing• Ensure the quality of SAP S/4HANA and BTP platforms through effective test planning, execution, and management. • Lead automation activities for our SAP test cases• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, leverage industry best practices to optimise efficiency and reliability of SAP test solutions • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies related to testing • Collaborate with business and technical teams on implementing test automation and leveraging tooling What is needed to succeed: • 5-10 years of experience of test management, especially in SAP development and projects• Experience in test automation tools like Tricentis, Uipath• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules, functionalities and integration points to drive risk-based testing approach • Good team working and leadership skills, ability to handle and coordinate the work of large groups in big programs• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify, assess and resolve testing issues, risks and dependencies. • Functional and technical experience of Test Suite, Test Automation, ChaRM, Focused Build and Solution Documentation in SAP Solution Manager a plus Icing on the cake You will be working out of our beautiful Regional Digital & Technology Polish HQ in Warsaw, rapidly growing environment of highly skilled and experienced colleagues.
