Responsibilities Develop the various product platforms, spearhead Employee Engagement, lead Project Execution and Product Line Operations.Introduce productivity innovations, enabling optimum coordination within the global Product Lines as well as reaching to internal organizations and stakeholders.Drive speed and affordability for all programs.Ensure flawless launch and product ownership from technology to in-service support.Resources & budget management.Build a world-class global team that creates competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
