Responsibilities Develop the various product platforms, spearhead Employee Engagement, lead Project Execution and Product Line Operations.Introduce productivity innovations, enabling optimum coordination within the global Product Lines as well as reaching to internal organizations and stakeholders.Drive speed and affordability for all programs.Ensure flawless launch and product ownership from technology to in-service support.Resources & budget management.Build a world-class global team that creates competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. We Value Master of Engineering or Business Administration preferred.Demonstrated Leadership Experience including: driving teams to common goals, empowering teams, managing complex technical issues.Ability to create, support and enhance specific action plans.Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by other or forced by events.Ability to convey subtle or complex messages succinct and clearly, tailored for the topic and audience.Demonstrated communication, relationship and team building skills.Action Oriented: Works hard, full of energy; not fearful of acting with best data even if incomplete; seizes opportunities when they arise.Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change; decide and act without having the total picture; achieve success despite ambiguity; comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.Business Acumen: Knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industryCommand Skills: Rapidly Assesses situation and decides on corrective action response.
