We’re looking for passionate and dedicated talent to take the role of Platform Project Manager for our Software Platform. The platform is the base for multiple development projects in Hitachi Energy, and therefore extremely important for the company’s future success. ,[Represent the team with stakeholders, champion their needs, and advertise their skills. , Drive the development process, suggests improvements, works in close collaboration with the platforms leadership team. , Track and control the project’s budget, costs, people allocations, expenses. , Collaborate with stakeholders and users of the product, gather needs, report on progress. , Be responsible for the quality and time of the deliverables and the meeting of requirements. , Champion and define agile working practices, CI/CD development processes, delivery management processes. , Remove obstacles/impediments for the platform team. , Actively support the product teams by coordinating and driving to closure: o Health-safety-environment assessments, Legal aspects, including OSS obligations, Export Control, Supply Chain Management activities and Cyber security assessments, Define program sub projects and complete monthly reporting in time tracking and finance tools. Prepare for program budgets, actuals & forecasts reviews on a monthly basis., Create and maintain mandatory project artifacts (Project Plans, KPIs, Risk registers, prioritized backlog…).
