Quality Responsible Manager

Description :The Quality Responsible Manager willbe heavily involved in QA aspects during analysis, design, testing, and deployment phases of Enterprise Software Solutions (ESS)applications delivery. QA responsible managers primary responsibility is to define, develop and implement product quality assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development and to yield a high-qualityproduct that is compliant with gate and technical specifications.Key Activities:Responsible for defining, developing and implementing product quality assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development.Ensures delivery against QA goals and objectives, i.e., meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance testing schedule, test phase gates, and test phase execution and reporting. Anticipates program release problems and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments.Responsible and Accountable for flagging the timing of interdepartmental deliverables and the quality of their output.Responsible for maintaining and upgrading the Reference Environments along with DevOps activities for continuous delivery.Implements ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental delivery teams.Directly supervises all Quality Assurance aspects including test automation activities along with Product testing manager within the solution delivery teams.Provides effective communication regarding all Quality metrics and KPIs to Quality and R&D executive leadership. Knowledge & Experience Requirements:BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.Minimum of 12 years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 5 years in a management position.Must have hands on experience in test automation frameworksExperience with micro-service distributed software will be a big plusExperience with one or more of the following technologies will be a plus.Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Keycloak, Docker, Swagger, as well as JSON, REST,Protobuf, AvroStrong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Software Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, and project management skills a must.Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.Must have a desire to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.Strong understanding of different software development life cycles, and contemporary software quality assurance testing practices and automated testingtools.Must have experience in Agile and Waterfall modelsMust be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
