YOU WILL Continuously strive to improve and optimize processes in the realm of personnel and payroll management. Establish partnerships with your team, HR Business Partners, Organizational Development specialists, the IT department, and internal clients. Be responsible for effectively onboarding new team members by providing training and sharing experiences. Serve as a guide for new employees, helping them grasp our processes and procedures. Actively participate in internal and external audits and take action based on audit findings. Engage in various projects and tasks to ensure the achievement of business objectives. Initiate actions aimed at continuously improving work methods and team effectiveness. Actively share knowledge within the team to foster competency development. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality services within defined metrics and timelines. Coordinate and develop the team's potential, conducting regular result and KPI analyses. Diligently manage feedback and resolve escalations. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll data, maintaining process continuity and correctness. Provide support to employees regarding compensation and payroll inquiries. YOU NEED 4+ years of professional experience in the HR field. Experience working in an international environment within the SSC industry. Knowledge of HR processes and related IT systems. Excellent proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors systems. An excellent understanding of payroll administration processes and relevant German regulations in this area. To be fluent in German both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in English for effective verbal and written communication. A good command of MS Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking. The ability to work in an international environment and build strong partnerships with colleagues, business partners, and clients.
