Your JobSRG is looking for contribution motivated talent who will join our team in Bolesławiec as Quality Manager. Our TeamIn this position, you will manage a quality department and your key tasks will include developing, motivating and solving challenges within the team and much beyond.What You Will DoOrganisation of human and material resources for the required product and process controlPreparation of the area for Customer Audits (Layout, Process, Position Documentation, pre-production and commissioning)Personal participation in Customer Audits and, in the event of justified absence, appointment of a responsible personEnsuring high customer satisfaction with minimal resources from SRG Global BoleslawiecManaging and motivating the employees of the Quality DepartmentRepresenting the Quality Department and SRG Global Boleslawiec companyEnsuring proper communication internally and externally of the Quality DepartmentEnsuring the required quality of input componentsAdhering to and promoting PBM internally and externally within the organisationComply with the provisions of the procedures and instructions of the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational SafetyObserving the legal requirements and in particular those concerning health and safety at work and fire protectionOrganise the workplace in accordance with health and safety rules and regulationsEnforcing compliance of subordinate employees with occupational health and safety regulations and rulesTraining of subordinate employeesMotivating and supporting employeesReporting on health and safety hazards (Hazard system)Promoting the suggestion system to employeesEnsuring that processes deliver the intended outputsReporting especially to top management, on the performance of the quality management system and opportunities for improvementEnsuring that customer orientation is promotedEstablish Quality objectives and related trainingEstablish corrective and preventive actionsReview of Customer Scorecards and Customer portalsEnsuring that the quality management system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality-related management position in the automotive industryKnowledge of quality standards and experience in implementing quality management systems (IATF 16949, AIAG, etc.)Effective team management skills and excellent communication skillsStrong knowledge and proven experience in quality analysis tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.)Fluency in spoken and written EnglishKnowledge of international business and international customersVery good leadership and decision-making skills to lead and motivate the teamGood analytical skills to support plant performance, ability to set targets and achieve resultsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
