Learning and Development Manager - Central Europe Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Your responsibilities Evaluating individual and organizational development needs, Building competency matrix, Designing, developing and implementing learning programs, including workshops, seminars, e-learning courses and other training materials, Creating a culture of continuous learning within the organisation and building training standards in individual business areas, Overseeing the delivery of training (programs), Assessing the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities, Helping managers develop their team members through career pathing, Proposing and tracking budgets; identifying and managing relationships with external training providers, consultants, and vendors as needed, Implementing and executing process controls and compliance checks. Our requirements Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar position, Familiarity with e-learning platforms and best practices, Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods, Experience in project management and budgeting, Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as sharp business acumen, Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors, Implementation of assessment systems, including 360 degrees, Experience in training and facilitation (nice to have).
