The company is headquartered in , , with sales entities in 45 countries and dealers in more than countries.Due to current development in Poland, the company is currently seeking to fill:Position: Order Management Coordinator (EMEA Supply Chain / Consumer) Place of work: Raszyn n/ Warsaw , PolandYou will be responsible for:Internal order management (customer service), entering and processing orders for goods, entering and maintaining data in SAP.Monitoring orders, coordinating deliveries, regularly informing Customer Service departments about the status of deliveries - Be the voice of the customerSupport for the sales team and the product team to inform about the current supply situation of key products.Coordination of shipments and monitoring of the implementation of customer orders with carriers.Monitor Open Orders and evaluate demand and Fix incomplete ordersCoordination of returns from Nilfisk branches to the central warehouse.Coordination of the creation and processing of shipping documents (including invoices for direct shipments from the factory to the customer).Proactive communication with EMEA Supply Chain Planning, Transportation, Customer Service and the Distribution Center in order to identify potential problems with the supply of Nilfisk products and to implement appropriate actions to prevent the expected problems.Cross-check penalties for validation.Applying the processes described in the EMEA Supply Chain Planning documents in everyday workProvision of replacement in the event of the absence of other employees of the EMEA Supply Chain department.Our expectations:Several years of similar experience of working in an international organization and its logisticsSeveral years of experience cooperating regularly with sales, distribution and customers within Europe and AsiaCustomer service experienceGood knowledge of SAP environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)Very good English level (multinational working environment)Personality traits:  service-minded with sense of urgency; team player; proactively working independently;What we offer:• work in an international company with the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience• regular employment contract• attractive salary• private medical care• other fringe benefits• work in a unique, friendly and motivating atmospherePlease send your application / CV by clicking on apply button:We kindly inform you that we will be contacting only selected candidates. Let’s create a cleaner future togetherClean is changing. Today, cleaning is a key contributor to health and safety, and a new clean is emerging, driven by technology and innovation.
