Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the role of Team Leader – B2C – Assistant Manager – English – Hybrid KatowiceIn this position, The Customer planner team leader role will play a key role in supporting and coordinating management of Business processes, tools & update systems, data governance and reporting that Key Account Managers can easily understand and use.This role will focus on further harmonization of the current processes, delivering high-quality service and key critical metrics through motivating the team, cooperating with correct stakeholders and setting and delivering correct expectations internally and externally.Responsibilities• Leadership of all the activities related to Promotional Planning activities• Deliver targets established with the client (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)• Lead, participate and interact in conference calls with internal/external Senior Stakeholders, Planning & Execution team, Promotion Planning teams and Key Account managers• Participate in governance meetings at country / region level and ensure right collaboration with the team members accurately to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards• Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)• Timely and effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution• Good understanding on some key critical metrics like TAT, Accuracy• Customer and Country/Regional Stakeholder Relationship Management through e-mail and conference calls• Regular query resolution and proactive communication/escalation• Identify problems/issues in day to day Operations and resolve them proactively• Highlight and escalate any issues that need attention• Coordinate and resolve issues with excellent customer service• Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal stakeholder’s inquiries quickly, effectively, and professionally• Ensure positive customer VOC from stakeholdersQualificationsMinimum qualifications• People management skills• Excellent Interpersonal Skills• Ability to influence others• Fluent English. Proficient oral and written communication skills• Fair understanding of upstream and downstream of process in Trade Promotion Management: Trade Claims, Dispatch rate, Demand/supply planning, Logistics, Supply chain, overall understanding of Trade Pay and Deductions • Experience in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Power Point and MS Teams; advanced Excel skills• Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, organization skills, and attention to detail• Proactive problem solver – generate good ideas and practical solutions• Strong team player• Able to manage his/her workload and ensure completion of tasks even if a stretch is required• Ability to prioritize tasks and Multitask when required• Self motivated and independent personality with strong problem solving skills as well as a strongly developed proposal thinking mindsetPreferred qualifications • Experience in leading a team or project would be an asset • Fair understanding of upstream and downstream of process in Trade Promotion Management: Trade Claims, Dispatch rate, Demand/supply planning, Logistics, Supply chain, overall understanding of Trade Pay and Deductions would be an asset• Experience and knowledge of Promotional Planning activities would be an assetWhat can we offer?
